Last year I have a kind of turbulent year, as a lot of people around me. Things, which seemed to be stable - changed. Things which weren’t possible, suddenly were….A lot changed around and in inside of me. It’s a time of possibilities and doing deep healing work.
I had already known Krista from some previous workshop she gave here in Austria. I hoped to meet here again last year but the the pandemic crossed our plans.

I decided to do 1:1 session, because I really loved the holistic approach of Krista from the workshops. Her way of combining yoga teachings, asanas, breath and meditation techniques with shamanic and indigenous approaches touched resonated with me deeply.

I struggled in my whole life with the "concept of a teacher and student". She showed me how to see and experience this concept in a whole new way. I am really thankful for her for that. She helped me to shift by myself my blockades so my healing work could start.

For me Krista is not “just” a yoga teacher, but rather a “mapmaker” and a “guide.  Helping me to navigate in the wildness of my inner world. Not by going my path instead of me, but with pointing out possible paths and waymarkers I can take. Going the PATH is my duty and and so I am able to gather my own personal experiences.

Our session are quite diversify, involving meditations, healing works and yoga teachings. I love here enormous knowledge about the different  philosophical and spiritual pathes. She manages to pack all those “complicated” teachings in a special gift wrap. It's obvious that the present is inside, but I am the one who needs to wrap it.
Every session like finding a new part of a puzzle. More we work, it more gets clearer and wholer.

Her session and guiding helps me to find inner peace in this turbulent times. Be able to be grounded and to grow.

I would recommend her to everybody who is ready to start deep healing work, not afraid of facing the shadow side and get lost sometimes in the wilderness. With her guiding and help you can find out of this wilderness and at the end you realise, which seemed to be scary, shadow is just and other side of the light. You will be richer with experiences through the support of a healer.
Yes, that is she for me a healer, providing a safe place to everybody to grow and find back to yourself.

Life is hard.
Optimizing, minimizing, maximizing, surviving and just getting through the days, months and years.
My thoughts and emotions can be contradictory and even self defeating.  I have wonderful and awful storylines in my head that often drive my actions and thoughts and feelings.  Ground hog day repeating itself time after time.
I’ve worked with Krista for a year and she helps me immensely. Is she a spiritual advisor or life coach, I don’t know how to put it into one phase.  Krista asks good questions and challenges my thoughts. She gives me a whole new perspective on myself and others. Her stories and teachings are interesting and enlightening stories. Human behaviour hasn’t changed much in a thousand years and she does a great job helping me understand where thoughts come from and how to ask better questions of myself and how to listen better to what I really want to accomplish in life.  Krista is interesting, compassionate, smart, funny and often candid.  Our sessions are useful and give me a whole new way to look at life and the small part  I play in the universe.  I highly recommend her.

The astrology reading I had with Krista✨ was just amazing.
I love the ways that she relates and look at the planets and how she connects them to us . And , I love her way of expressing and explaining.

Our reading was a very key moment for my life, I could understand what’s happening to me right now, as well as my life, purpose and my love life planets influences . Everything that she said made so much sense for me and was like a confirmation of my intuition and feelings.

I am just at the very beginning of my path but I feel like all my emerging questions can be brought to our space not for a deeper understanding what these questions are and why they appear.
