
Sening love and greetings from the Highlands of Ecuador. The photos included here are from Laguna Quilotoa, a lake carved out of the crater of a volcano approximately 3,900m above sea level. Apparently the purple flowers in the photo above only bloom once a year so it was really special to be there for that moment.

In the Indian tradition, this is a very important Full Moon. It is a time to honour one's teachers, mentors, Gurus. The word Guru translates to mean "that which transforms darkness into light" or "dispeller of darkness."
